Before submitting any customer support requests via e-mail to support@aeroworx.com, please ensure that you provide us with a detailed description of your issue/s. Please include all of the following information to help us ensure that your support issue is resolved as quickly as possible:
  1. If you know, specify how your issue or error may be reproduced.

  2. The full product name and version number (make sure to use the latest version).

  3. Your operating system and PC Specifications.

  4. Your joystick and/or yoke type and specifications.

  5. If you are using any external hardware, e.g. GoFlight etc., please inform us.

We offer forum based support for all our products. In order to access the support forums, you will need to register. We do visit the forums regularly, but if you have an urgent issue, please contact us via e-mail to ensure quick response.

NOTE: We may be out of the office for a day or two at a time due to work commitments. Should you not get an e-mail reply from us within 24 hours, please post your problem / question / suggestion in the Support Forum, where it will be visible to all, including the support staff.
