please ensure that you provide us with a detailed
description of your issue/s. Please include
all of the following information to help us
ensure that your support issue is resolved
as quickly as possible:

error may be reproduced.

full product name and version number
(make sure to use the latest version).

Your
operating system and PC Specifications.

Your
joystick and/or yoke type and specifications.

If
you are using any external hardware,
e.g. GoFlight etc., please inform us.

regularly, but if you have an urgent issue,
